Production Workers for Kalaneuvos in Sastamala

What does the job include?

In this role, you will be part of daily production operations, working on a variety of tasks such as:

• Packing products using a vacuum machine
• Handling and salting fish
• Warehouse duties

The work is mainly standing and includes some lifting. You will work in a cool environment (+2–6 °C), but you will receive thorough training for the role – previous experience in the field is not necessarily required!

• A hygiene passport is considered an advantage
• You will need own car to be able to travel to work

You can be an experienced professional or just starting your career – the most important thing is motivation and a good attitude!

We require you to be at least 18 years old.

You must have a valid Finnish work permit relevant to the field. Please attach it to your application.

• Regular working hours: mainly day shifts Monday–Friday (40 h/week), with evening shifts (14:00–22:00) when needed

Salary according to the collective agreement of the food industry: €11.92–13.36/hour, depending on experience.
