Restaurant Manager, Fixed-Term Position, Helsinki (Kallio)

Our client is a cozy and well-established restaurant located in the vibrant Kallio district of Helsinki. The restaurant is known for its authentic flavors, high-quality food, relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced and service-minded Restaurant Manager to lead a cozy and popular restaurant in Kallio, Helsinki, for a fixed-term employment.

If you have a passion for leading the front-of-the house team and a strong understanding of the financial management and performance of restaurants, you might be the person we are looking for!

In this role, you will lead the daily restaurant operations, people and finances and ensure excellent customer experience alongside a skilled and energetic team.

What we expect from you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a front of the house team effectively
• Experience in making orders, cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Finnish language skills are an advantage
