We are looking for Personal Guides for the Winter Season 2026–2027

We are looking for responsible and service-oriented personal guides for our client company for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027. We hope that applicants have a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our customers in the unique nature of Lapland.

This role combines nature, photography, storytelling, and customer service.

The main focus of the work is on pre-planned private winter activities. In addition, the role includes Northern Lights tours, which may extend the workdays beyond regular hours. The work takes place across different areas of Lapland, and driving distances may be long.

Job Description

• Deliver pre-planned experiences tailored to customers’ needs
• Act as a private guide for clients
• Guide customers in various activities, such as: Northern Lights viewing tours at night / Husky and reindeer experiences / Scenic and nature excursions
• Transport customers to different locations across Lapland
• Capture high-quality photographs of clients and landscapes
• Ensure customer safety and satisfaction throughout the entire experience
• Take care of equipment and act responsibly in all situations

What We Expect from You

• Excellent customer service attitude
• Ability to move and operate in the Lapland wilderness (outdoor skills are considered an advantage)
• Strong photography skills
• Good command of English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to customers’ needs
• Good stress tolerance and flexibility
• Valid driving license (category B) and confident driving skills in winter conditions

Compensation and Employment Model

• The work can be done as an employee, entrepreneur, light entrepreneur, or freelancer
• Compensation based on experience, approximately 16–25 €/hour
• Work starts according to agreement and availability
• Work is available from November to March
