Our client is a cozy and well-established restaurant located in the vibrant Kallio district of Helsinki. The restaurant is known for its authentic flavors, high-quality food, relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming customer experience.
They are now looking for a la carte waiters/waitresses to join their team!
We are looking for waiters/waitresses with a customer-oriented attitude to work in cozy and popular restaurant in Kallio, Helsinki, for a fixed-term employment.
If you have a passion for good food and great customer service and busy service periods bring out your best, you might be the person we are looking for!
In this role, you play a key part in creating a memorable dining experience for guests supported by skilled and energetic team.
What we expect from you:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in à la carte restaurants
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu understanding
• Experience with POS systems and order handling
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Finnish language skills are an advantage
