They are now looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team and lead the kitchen operations.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join a cozy and popular restaurant in Kallio, Helsinki, for a fixed-term employment.

What we expect from you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Strong and authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a kitchen team
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development
- Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English skills; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
